KVKK information notice

1. Data controller
This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. The data controller is:

2. Processing activities
The table shows, for each activity, which data we process, why and on which legal basis.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not include such information, for example health data or religious beliefs, in your CV.
3. Method of collection
Data is collected electronically through the forms on this website, by email and telephone, and automatically through server logs when you visit the site.
4. Transfers
Within Türkiye, data may be transferred under Article 8 of the KVKK to manufacturing partners involved in a project (limited to what the project requires), logistics providers, our accountants and legal advisors, and authorised public bodies. Transfers abroad, for example to the form delivery service FormSubmit, email and hosting providers, our affiliated company in Germany and customers' sites abroad, are made under Article 9 of the KVKK on the basis of an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as standard contracts notified to the Authority, or the conditions for incidental transfers.
5. Retention
Retention periods are listed in section 8 of our privacy policy. At the end of these periods, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it;
- to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used for that purpose;
- to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred;
- to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- to request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK;
- to request that third parties to whom data was transferred are notified of such corrections or deletions;
- to object to a result against you that arises exclusively from automated analysis;
- to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can submit your request in writing to the address above, via registered electronic mail (KEP), with a secure electronic or mobile signature, or from an email address previously registered with us to info@app-vest.com. We finalise requests free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
