1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website, operated by AppVest Intelligent Manufacturing A.Ş. ("AppVest", "we"). By using the website or sending us information through it, you accept these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. Our services are intended for businesses, not consumers.

2. Information on this website

We prepare the content of this website with care, but it is for general information and does not constitute an offer. Performance figures refer to past periods. A contract is concluded only through a written proposal and our order confirmation, under our general terms of sale.

3. Sending us projects and files

When you send us drawings, models or other files, you confirm that you are entitled to share them and that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Files must not contain malicious code. If your data is subject to export control, for example under EU dual-use rules, the US EAR or ITAR, or Turkish export regulations, tell us before you send it so that we can agree on a suitable way to handle it. We may decline any request without giving reasons.

4. Confidentiality

We treat the files and project information you send us as confidential, use them only to review your request and share them only with manufacturing partners who need them and are bound by confidentiality obligations. On request we sign your NDA, or ours, before you share any files.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, images, logos and the design of this website belong to AppVest or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Your drawings and designs remain your property; sending them to us gives us only the right to use them to review your request and prepare a proposal.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, submit false information or impersonate others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, use automated tools to extract content, or interfere with the operation of the website.

7. Links and the manufacturer portal

This website links to external services such as Google Maps and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content; their own terms and privacy policies apply. ManPa, our manufacturer portal, is intended for approved manufacturing partners and is governed by separate terms.

8. Liability

We aim to keep the website available and free of errors but cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.
